MADE for Pets: Winter Market

MADE for Pets: Winter Market, co-hosted by the Edmonton Humane Society and City of Edmonton’s Animal Care & Control Centre, will return just in time for the pawlidays on Sunday, November 17, 2024!

You’re invited to join us from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.  on our shared campus at EHS’ Canine Enrichment Centre to track down great gear or gifts for your favourite pet or pet lover, making you one cool cat!

Plan for a safe visit with your pet with our checklist!

Pets who are comfortable with other people and animals are welcome to join, provided they remain on-leash at all times.

• My pet’s vaccinations are up-to-date.
• My pet is sociable with other animals.
• My pet will be on a non-retractable leash at all times.
• I will not leave my pet unattended in a vehicle.
• I will pick up after my pet.

Want to be a vendor at MADE for Pets?

We need vendors in the following categories:

• Gear for Pets (Harness, coats, collars, etc.)
• Toys for Pets (cat nip, chew toys, etc.)
• Gifts for People who love pets (Pet themed items, jewellery, clothing, ornaments, etc.)
• Treats for people (Snacks for while visitors shop or get something for later.)

Especially needed are vendors who specialize in items for small animals (rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, etc.).

The vendor application deadline is Thursday, November 7, 2024. But it is first-come, first-served – with limited spots available. The vendor fee is $150 and includes an 8×8 space, 1 table and 2 chairs.

Cancellation policy: In order to receive a full refund, cancellation must be provided prior to Thursday, November 14, 2024. No vendors will be eligible for a full or partial refund after this date.

Another great way for makers to leave their mark and contribute to this year’s event is by donating pet products to be included in this year’s EHS Pet Parcels!

These paw-pular packages are gift-wrapped grab bags for pet guardians to give to all their favourite pets for the holidays. We’re seeking donations of items for cats, big dogs and small dogs
