Hello, my name is
Years Months Weeks
Willoughby came in to the shelter as a transfer in from ACCC, so not much is known about his past.
I'm a Confidant with a nice deep purrr! A reliable partner, a sidekick to your superhero! Need a fuzzy shoulder to cry on? I'm there! Need a buddy to keep your toes toasty warm in the winter? I'm the toastiest. I like to let you live your life, with frequent check-ins of course! You never know when there might be a comfy lap for me to snuggle in. When I'm not hanging out with my bipedal buddies, you might find me napping in a sunbeam or nestled into a warm and fluffy pile of laundry, but at the end of the day, when you curl up in bed, I'll be there too. I would love a home which will let me be alone when I need but is also willing to share lots of cuddles! I can't wait to find my newest partner in crime!
Behaviour Observed in Shelter:
- Sociability with humans
- Low levels of attention seeking behaviours
- Higher levels of independent behaviour
May Be Prone To:
- Independence
- Avoidant behaviour
- Bursts of attention seeking behaviour
Recommendations:
- Allowing space
- Play to expend pent up energy or stress
- Games and toys that may be played with individually or with people (track toys, jingle bell balls)
