Check Out Our COVID-19 Resources for Pet Guardians CURRENT STATUS OF PROGRAMS/SERVICES Status Legend: Modified - program/service is currently running with changes On Hold / Temporarily Closed - program/service is not running at this time Cancelled - program/service will not be running in 2022 Program or Service Current Status Expected Opening Admitting Modified Limited intake of animals by appointment dependent on availability, including: emergencies, surrenders, and healthy stray dogs and small animals (found outside Edmonton). For information on surrendering a pet, click here. For emergencies or strays found outside Edmonton, call 780-491-3522. Drop-off and pick-up may be done curbside. Adoptions Modified Adoption requests are to be submitted online. Following submission of request, an in-person meet-and-greet by appointment will be scheduled. Click here for details on how to adopt.
